About Mark

Mark A. Draper is the founder of Draper Law Firm, P.L., established in 2007. He began practicing law in Charlotte County, Florida, in 1993, focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, and civil and commercial litigation. Mark holds a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia. He is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. Tax Court, and all Florida state courts. He has received the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating since 2004 and was recognized as a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Law from 2020-2022. Mark is a member of The Florida Bar, Charlotte County Bar Association, and a Master of the Calusa Inn of Court.
