Attorney Mark C. Hartsoe is the founder and Managing Partner of Hartsoe Law Firm, P.C. He is a 1985 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law and has 33 years of legal experience. He started as a Federal environmental law prosecutor and later focused on representing individuals injured by others' negligence.
