Heavens Heating & Cooling, ($2.25 million dollars - Reported in The New York Law Journal - Decision of Interest, New York Jury Verdict Reporter - Decision of Interest); Deutch v. Davis, 298 A.D.2d 487, 750 N.Y.S.2d 84 (2nd Dept. 2002); Second Department reversed dismissal of brain-injured infant’s case.
