Mark R. Hinkston has over 30 years of experience in construction, real estate, and commercial law. Licensed in Wisconsin and Colorado, he has litigated cases in state and federal courts and served in municipal law. He received the Charles Dunn Award for legal writing, holds a preeminent AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. He is active in the State Bar of Wisconsin leadership.
