About Mark
Mark K. Gyandoh, Esq. spearheads the firm’s fiduciary practice group and has nearly two decades of experience in complex civil litigation. He clerked for the Honorable Dennis Braithwaite of the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division from 2001 to 2002. He then worked for an insurance defense firm in Philadelphia for two years. Prior to joining Capozzi Adler, he litigated ERISA breach of fiduciary duty class actions for fifteen years at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars and several federal courts, including the US Supreme Court. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
