Mark L. Childers

A native of Mooresville, Mark has practiced law in our community since 1990. Mark’s practice is oriented heavily toward civil and criminal trial work, including business litigation, personal injury, highway/utility right-of-way condemnations, mediations and collaborative family law. He has handled matters in the North Carolina District and Superior Courts, the North Carolina Business Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Supreme Court.
