About Mark
Mark handles a broad variety of real estate, commercial, municipal, environmental, land use, and estate planning matters, involving both transactions and litigation. He represents both individual and business clients in transactions ranging from residential real estate sales to complicated commercial acquisitions and leases. His litigation practice ranges from complex permit proceedings for developers to appeals before the Vermont Supreme Court. He is also counsel to numerous Vermont municipalities, providing advice on zoning, planning, taxation, labor relations, and other issues. He prepares sophisticated estate plans for individuals, together with succession plans for family businesses.
