About Mark
Born in Luka, Mississippi, Mark Lambert graduated Cum Laude from the Senior Honors Program at the University of Southern Mississippi. He then attended the University of Memphis School of Law, where he graduated with honors. During his law school years, Mark concentrated on courses and programs geared toward litigation, including moot court and the University of Memphis Litigation Clinic. Mark received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and the American Jurisprudence Award for his services to the Memphis community as a student attorney for the Litigation Clinic. Mark was also presented with the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and the American Jurisprudence Award for Best Written Appellate Memorandum. He was also awarded the best written Memorandum Award from Westlaw in a nationwide contest. Mark has published articles in the American Trial Lawyer’s Association Update and National Insurance Law Update. Mark’s mantra is that the law and justice itself should decide what benefits an injured person is entitled to, not an insurance company.
