Mark Moonan Walbran joined the firm in 1974. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.A., 1971) and Creighton University Law School (J.D., 1974) where he was a member of the Law Review. His practice areas include personal injury litigation, workers' compensation, social security, and municipal law. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association and is past president of the Minnesota City Attorney's Association. He also serves as the City Attorney for the City of Owatonna. Mark Walbran has recovered significant verdicts and negotiated substantial settlements on behalf of accident victims and their families. He has an ‘AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a Minnesota Super Lawyer by Minnesota Law and Politics.
