About Mark
Mark R. McKinney is a Founding Partner at McKinney & Co., having started his practice in Central Indiana in 1991. He has extensive experience as a prosecutor, including over 100 felony jury trials, and is known for his volunteer service, particularly his role in establishing the Delaware County Child Advocacy Center. He continues to represent indigent defendants and is recognized for his work on both sides of the courtroom. He has received the Horatio Alger Award and was nominated for the David Sursa Leadership Award, and serves on the USA Archery Board of Justice and as president-elect for Muncie Sunrise Rotary.
