About Mark

Mark focuses his practice on Adoption, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctorate from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1991. After five years working with the Office of the Public Defender, he joined Ford Miller & Wainer. Mark has diverse experience with mental health court, Baker Act court, and domestic violence court. He has helped hundreds of families resolve marital differences and over 100 families through all aspects of adoptions. As a criminal defense attorney, he has tried over 50 jury trials defending clients with various charges.
