About Mark
Mark R. Niemeyer is a founding partner at NGK Law, specializing in wrongful death and serious injury cases including product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and general personal injury litigation. He has served as national Co-Lead counsel for Yaz/Yasmin Multi-District Litigation and national Co-Liaison counsel for Pradaxa Multi-District Litigation. Mark has tried over 40 civil and criminal jury trials and was recognized as the Best Oral Advocate in the United States during law school. He also handles select criminal defense matters and has held roles with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and as an Assistant Circuit Attorney.
