About Mark

With over twenty years of service in the Colorado legal community, Mr. Berger’s practice focuses exclusively in the areas of estate and business planning. He designs and assists in the implementation of sophisticated estate and business plans for high net-worth clients. He also helps families with estate issues, including probate and trust administration. He holds his bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State College and his law degree from Washburn University School of Law. Mr. Berger is a senior member of the Colorado Bar Association, Trusts and Estates Section, and the Denver Bar Association.
