About Mark

Mark R. Wasden earned an undergraduate degree in English from Brigham Young University before graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law in 1991. He clerked for Judge Daniel B. Meehl and Judge J. William Hart before entering private practice. He is admitted to all courts in Idaho and has served on the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association Board of Governors. Mark has practiced law for over 30 years, is rated Top 40 by the National Trial Lawyers, and recognized as a Top 100 Personal Injury Attorney. He is active in community service and enjoys outdoor activities.
