About Martha

Martha Posey is a partner at Sargent Law. She has extensive experience in defense of negligence lawsuits and practicing in federal courts. Before becoming an attorney, Martha worked as a business analyst in the financial industry, gaining an eye for detail and an ability to quickly analyze documents for important information. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Martha is licensed to practice in Texas as well as New Mexico. She regularly defends against claims of premises and general liability and transportation matters.
