Marti Crow received her Juris Doctorate degree from Washburn Law School in 1992 and was sworn into the Kansas Bar in 1993. She joined Crow & Associates in 1995. She graduated from Baker University in 1966. She served on the Leavenworth City Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, and Leavenworth School Board. She was elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 1996 and served multiple terms. She was honored as one of six Present BusinessWomen and Inspirational Women Leaders by the Leavenworth County Historical Society in 2024. She is listed as retired.
