Before joining Weir Attorneys as a partner, Marty was an attorney with the law firm of Joseph D. Kaplan & Son for 25 years, the last 5 years as owner of the firm. Born and raised in the Chambersburg section of Trenton, NJ, Marty has been serving the legal needs of the local community throughout his career. While with Joseph D. Kaplan & Son, he focused his practice on personal injury, while also handling criminal defense and municipal court matters, including DWI.
