Mary Anna Neill

Mary Anna was born in New Bern, NC and raised in Wilmington, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mary Anna graduated from UNC in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors in History, and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. During law school, she received the CALI Award in Insurance and achieved membership into the Order of the Wig and Robe.
