Mary C. Azzaretto specializes in motion and appellate practice, with extensive experience in the defense of complex litigation matters, including premises liability, automobile liability, Labor Law, construction defects, municipal liability, product liability and general negligence. Over several decades, Ms. Azzaretto has defended individual insureds, self-insured retailers, playground equipment manufacturers and various school districts throughout the courts of the State of New York, with an emphasis on cases before the Appellate Division First and Second Departments.
