Marybeth Putnick

Marybeth Putnick’s practice is focused on pharmaceutical and medical device mass tort cases, and other complex litigation. She served on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Essure birth control litigation. She assisted the Plaintiffs’ Science Committee in the Abilify pharmaceutical litigation. She was a member of bellwether trial teams in Abilify and pelvic mesh cases. She also worked closely with dozens of experts to produce case specific expert reports in the 3M military earplug cases.
