About Matt
Matt joined Howes Law Firm in 2024, after 14 years at the Linn County Attorney’s Office, where he practiced Juvenile Law and Criminal Law. Before that, he spent two years at the VA Medical Center in Iowa City, working on alternative dispute resolution of employment discrimination complaints. A native of Hawaii, Matt is a 2008 graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law, and resides in Cedar Rapids.
