About Matthew
Matthew is a partner at Sloane and Walsh, LLP. Matthew maintains a complex civil litigation caseload in areas of environmental liability and toxic tort law, construction defect law, general liability, premises liability, motor vehicle tort law, products liability, employment law, first and third party insurance coverage, and bad faith law. Matthew also handles large loss subrogation claims. Additionally, Matthew counsels clients on environmental claims and coverage, environmental regulatory compliance, and construction contracts and disputes. Mr. Rush has been selected to the 2012 through 2018 Massachusetts Rising Stars list published by New England Super Lawyers Magazine. In 2006, he was awarded The American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. Matthew is a graduate of Vermont Law School (J.D., 2007), Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment (M.E.M., 2003), and Boston College (B.S. 2001).
