Matthew de Lira is a highly talented litigation and trial attorney at Phillips & Pelly LLP. He has secured significant awards and settlements, including a $24.9 million bench award in 2021, recognized as the highest in California and 7th highest in the U.S. He has been a Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2021 and is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Before representing victims, he worked for a large insurance company, giving him an advantage as a victim's advocate.
