About Matthew
Matthew Lognion was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana and has deep family roots in both Calcasieu and Jeff Davis Parishes. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from McNeese State University in 2010, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, graduating cum laude in 2014. During law school, he was an active participant in the Moot Court Program. After law school, he served as a federal clerk to Magistrate Judge Kathleen Kay for one year. He has been in private practice since 2015 and joined Veron Bice, LLC in 2021. He enjoys movies, books, jokes, company, and football, and making music with family and friends.
