Matthew F. Callaghan Jr. (1942-2023) passed away on August 26, 2023. He provided excellent representation for individuals, families, and businesses across Rhode Island for fifty-six years. His expertise included real estate matters (zoning, planning, land use, and closings), wills, trusts, estates, family law, criminal matters, and civil litigation. He was a public servant, serving as State Senator from 1968 to 1974. He opened a law office in North Kingstown in 1974.
