Matthew Felty is the owner and attorney at Felty Law Firm, specializing in Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Child Custody, and Civil Litigation. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Business Administration in 2001 and earned his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from Appalachian School of Law in 2007. His extensive experience includes clerking for Chief Justice Cynthia D. Kinser of the Virginia Supreme Court, serving as a Commonwealth’s Attorney in Washington County, Virginia, and managing over 1,000 cases. He has held leadership positions in legal associations, including President of the Criminal Defense Bar of the 28th Judicial Circuit and President of the Washington County Bar. With 16 years of experience, he is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
