Matthew J. Blair

Attorney Matthew J. Blair was born and raised in Niles, Ohio and was captain of the 1975 Red Dragon's football team for which he was an all-state football player. After graduation, he attended Morehead State University and was a four-year letterman, winning the University President's Award for Academic Achievement in his senior year. He attended Salmon P.
