Matthew L. Frank earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Hamline University School of Law in 2008 and joined Frank Law Office after passing the Wisconsin Bar Examination. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He is a Member of the State of Wisconsin and Rock County Bar Associations and volunteers in Legal Action of Wisconsin’s Volunteer Lawyers Project.
