About Matthew
Attorney Matthew L. Stauffer is a committed legal professional at the Martin Law Firm, offering comprehensive legal services in Real Property, Probate, Trust Law, Probate Litigation, Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law to clients in Southwest Florida. Matthew has over twenty years of honorable service in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7), earning his Ranger Tab and Green Beret, and serving as an officer. He is a combat veteran awarded both the Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB) and the Combat Action Badge (CAB). After military service, he pursued legal studies at the Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida, where he was on the Dean’s List and a member of the Moot Court Board. Matthew is deeply committed to the support and defense of the United States Constitution and the Florida Constitution.
