Matthew Hale serves as Assistant Director of Litigation for Greenberg Gross. He is a passionate advocate for employees throughout the state of Nevada, focusing on workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Hale has secured tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients, including a $5.4 million jury verdict in a whistleblower retaliation matter in early 2023 and a $1.15 million settlement for a sexually assaulted student. He has experience in various litigation fields, including catastrophic injury law, business law, consumer class action, entertainment/copyright law, and Title IX Sexual Assault. Mr. Hale received his law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Employment & Labor for several years.
