Matthew T. Mangino

Matthew T. Mangino is ‘Of Counsel’ with Luxenberg, Garbett, Kelly and George, P.C. He is the former district attorney of Lawrence County, Pennsylvania. He also spent a six year term on the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole. He is an adjunct professor at Thiel College. Mangino’s book The Executioner’s Toll, 2010 was published by McFarland & Company. His weekly column on crime and conduct is syndicated nationwide by Creators Syndicate.
