Max Draitser is the founding attorney of Southern California Bicycle Attorneys. He grew up in Southern California and has been an avid cyclist since childhood. As an attorney, he has spent the past 20 years representing people injured due to others’ carelessness or recklessness, now focusing his efforts on representing cyclists. He is active within the local cycling community and supports multiple organizations seeking safer streets throughout California, promoting bicycle advocacy, increased adoption and support for cycling, and improved safety and convenience for cyclists.
