Max E. Pennington

About Max

Max is originally from Burlington, North Carolina, but moved to Asheville in 2016 when he accepted a position with the Haywood County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. As an Assistant District Attorney, Max gained valuable courtroom experience that he plans on using to help his clients at The Van Winkle Law Firm. Max practices in our litigation department where he assists clients in various matters.
