About Max
Max Kelly is a litigation associate at Seeger Weiss whose practice focuses on mass torts and class action lawsuits. He was a central player in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation and helped manage corporate discovery in the East Palestine Train Derailment Litigation. He currently works on the In re GLP-1 Receptor Agonists Products Liability Litigation. Before joining Seeger Weiss in 2019, he was an associate at Milbank.
