About Meagan

Meagan Hassan joined Sico Hoelscher Harris in February 2025. She previously served as an associate justice on Texas’s Fourteenth Court of Appeals. Before that, she was a partner at a constitutional rights law firm, securing significant victories and receiving awards for her pro bono work. She regularly teaches CLEs and has guest lectured at various law schools. She earned a Certificate in Law and AI from the Berkeley Law Artificial Intelligence Institute in 2023.
