Megan E. Mersch is an associate with the firm and was named as a 2016 Super Lawyers Rising Star in the field of Labor and Employment Law. Megan represents parties in general legal matters including employment law (representing employees who have been wrongfully terminated or discriminated against or harassed at work), state and federal criminal defense, business law, and workers’ compensation. Megan is also a Criminal Justice Act Panel member for the federal Eastern District of Kentucky.
