Melissa Dougherty

Melissa’s practice focuses on personal injury cases, civil asset forfeiture and administrative writs. She handled criminal defense in a wide array of misdemeanor and minor felony cases with our firm. Melissa particularly enjoys researching complicated issues of law, to become intimately familiar with the specific statutes and case law applicable to her clients’ cases. Melissa is an adjunct professor of law at Humphreys University, Drivon School of law.
