Melissa Rutkoske

Melissa Rutkoske received her Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. After three years in the Army as an Army Engineer, and then seven years in project management for Consolidated Edison, Melissa went on to study law at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. Melissa graduated cum laude and spent the next number of years practicing family law in a boutique firm in New York, handling much of the firm’s litigation.
