Mia Shew-Smith

Mia was born and raised in the northern San Francisco Bay Area. Upon graduating from high school in Sonoma County, she attended Chico State where she graduated with a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis on Legal Studies. Here she went on to complete minors in Ethics, Justice, and Policy as well as Criminal Justice and obtained a Paralegal Certificate. Prior to joining Batta Fulkerson she worked as a paralegal for the only undergraduate legal clinic in the nation, Community Legal Information Clinic.
