Michael Fuerst is a retired partner and now serves as Of Counsel to the law firm of Buckley & Zopf where his areas of practice include estate planning, elder law, Medicaid, real estate, business formations and commercial transactions, municipal law and zoning. Mike has 40 years of legal experience. Prior to entering private practice he worked for New Hampshire Legal Assistance for eight years. He received a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Colgate University and a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University.
