About Michael
Michael A. Hoffman is a Florida trial lawyer dedicated to standing up for people who have been harmed by negligence, abuse of power, or corporate misconduct. A graduate of The George Washington University Law School (J.D., LL.M.), he has spent his career fighting for accountability-from exposing systemic abuse in Florida’s juvenile justice system to fighting against sexual violence in the workplace, and securing justice for victims of cruise ship injuries, unsafe premises, over-service of alcohol and sexual assault. His work was featured in the Miami Herald and led to the closure of Youth Services International. He is a senior attorney at David W. Singer & Associates, P.A.
