Michael A. Ponterio is a founding partner of Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC, representing families affected by asbestos exposure since 1985. He has secured over $500 million in settlements and verdicts, including the first personal injury jury verdict and punitive damage award for an asbestos victim in New York State. He also obtained the first jury verdict in Western New York for a lead-poisoned child.
