About Michael

Michael A. Rabasca was born in Livingston, New Jersey in 1983. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2011, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2011, and the New York Bar in 2014. Mr. Rabasca received his B.S., magna cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2006, and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. He was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and participated in the Seton Hall Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. He is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and its e-Discovery Committee. He has authored/co-authored numerous briefs on significant legal issues and was named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2014 - 2020.
