About Michael

Michael Brooks joined Gomerman | Bourn & Associates in 2020. He is a trial lawyer dedicated to achieving justice for workers, specializing in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wage and hour violations. He previously worked as a legal aid lawyer. Michael graduated from the University of Montana with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1995 and received his law degree from the University of Utah in 1998. He was admitted to practice law in Oregon in 1998, Washington in 1999, Montana in 2000, California in 2010, and the District of Columbia in 2017.
