About Michael

Michael Burkett practices workers’ compensation and personal injury law. He earned his Bachelor of Science from The Citadel and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He previously worked as an insurance defense attorney for 22 years, representing employers and insurance carriers, and now uses that experience to advocate for injured workers. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and all South Carolina State Courts.
