As head of the Firm’s Trucking and Transportation division, Mike provides 30 years of experience defending truck drivers, trucking companies and the trucking industry. He is actively involved in the Trucking Insurance Defense Association and is author of the TIDA Kansas State Law Summary. From the initial investigation of an accident following a rapid response team call in the middle of the night, to the litigation of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases through trial, Mike handles all aspects of trucking and transportation litigation and has litigated and mediated thousands of matters for three decades.
