About Michael

Michael Carner is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury trials, medical malpractice, and nursing home injury litigation. He is a graduate with honors of Cornell University and Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. He has won many large personal injury verdicts and dedicated hundreds of hours of free legal work to 9/11 victims, securing verdicts exceeding $5,000,000 in 2004. Mr. Carner earned Trial Advocate status with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America in 2003 after completing the Ultimate Trial Advocacy Course at Harvard University. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
