Mr. Carroll graduated from Southwestern School of Law in 2006. While at Southwestern Law School, Mr. Carroll was a board member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. After graduating from law school, he began his career as a Deputy District Attorney in Orange County. He worked his way up to the position of Senior Deputy District Attorney, a position reserved for the top trial attorneys. In the 15 years he spent at the District Attorney’s Office Mr. Carroll has handled all manner of cases. The last 10 years in the office Mr. Carroll exclusively prosecuted Felony Sexual Assaults. Mr. Carroll has a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer and respected amongst his colleagues, judges, and law enforcement officers he has worked with.
