Mr. Donlon also has experience litigating a wide variety of insurance coverage issues arising with collapsed structures, livestock losses, fire loss, bad faith insurance carrier conduct, and spilled/leaked petroleum. Michael has successfully litigated matters before the Supreme Court of the State of New York at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Before becoming a trial attorney, Mr. Donlon worked as a Journeyman Electrician with the IBEW local union 139 in Elmira, New York. Michael’s prior experience working in the construction industry is a substantial advantage to his clients who have been injured on construction sites. Attorney Donlon has obtained many large recoveries for his clients in this unique area of New York State Labor Law Section 240(1) litigation.
