About Michael

Michael Dority is an attorney with extensive litigation and negotiation experience. Before joining Daniel Linebaugh in 2021, he spent a decade defending large corporations, gaining insight into their legal strategies. He now zealously represents injured parties. Mr. Dority graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2011 and holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is licensed in Texas and the Southern and Western District Federal Courts. He is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, American Association for Justice, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Houston Bar Association.
